ADT Security Limited (16540), respects the privacy of individuals.  ADT  has developed a privacy policy, which embodies the Information Privacy Principles.

Collection of Information

ADT will correct information it has about an individual if it discovers, or the individual is able to show, the information is incorrect.  If an individual seeks a correction and ADT disagrees that the information is incorrect ADT will provide the individual with its reasons for taking that view and will attach a statement to the information advising that the individual considers the relevant part of the information to be incorrect. ADT may charge a fee for informing an individual what information it has about them.  This fee will be charged to cover ADT’s reasonable costs in locating and supplying the information.

The Privacy Act requires us to tell you when we collect personal information and how we will use it.  Personal information is information about you, such as your name and address, not information about the organisation for which you work.

We generally collect and use the personal information we need to complete business transactions with you as well as providing you with ongoing customer support. Therefore we have recorded your details so we can contact you in future.
