How does it work?

1. An alarm is triggered and 10 seconds of video footage is sent from the P-Cams in-built camera to the ADT Security Response Centre.

2. The operator reviews the video and can take appropriate action. This could include calling you to confirm the event; dispatching a patrol, or even calling the police or other emergency services.

All this means that costly patrols aren’t dispatched for verified false alarms. Plus, if you run a large or open outdoor site, ADT Motion Viewer can be used to decrease the cost associated with traditional security guards.
